We can completely understand that the expense of owning and running a Dormobile year round may be too much for some, so rather than send you out in nothing but a tent, why not hire a Dormobile for your next camping holiday and make it a trip to remember!
There are several companies that will offer to hire you a well maintained classic Dormobile, with the VW Combi camper van conversions being particularly popular for surfing trips to Devon, Cornwall etc. or just take one for the weekend for some nostalgic fun.

NORTH COAST CAMPERS
North Coast Campers have this 1971 Type 2 VW Camper Dormobile called “Rooster” for hire, with a new modern style interior, and refitted with a 2.0 litre engine rather than the original 1.6 to help power it up the Cornwall hills.
